Welcome to DTF Hospital. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at dtfhospital.ca (the "Site"), and any purchase of products through the Site. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who We Are

DTF Hospital Inc. ("DTF Hospital," "we," "us," or "our") is a corporation operating out of 230 Admiral, Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. We can be reached at contact@dtfhospital.ca.

2. Eligibility

There is no minimum age requirement to purchase from DTF Hospital. However, by placing an order, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. If you are purchasing on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.

3. Products and Availability

We sell DTF and UV DTF supplies and related products to both individual customers and businesses (including print shops and apparel brands). All product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue any product at our discretion.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, finishes, and specifications accurately, but we do not guarantee that your device's display will reflect the exact appearance of the product.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated and do not include applicable taxes, which will be calculated at checkout.

We accept widely used payment methods, including major credit cards and other standard payment options made available at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after an order has been placed, and to cancel any order affected by a pricing error, with notice to you.

5. Shipping

We currently ship only within Canada. Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer, including for any returns (see Section 6).

6. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns under the following conditions:

1. The return request is made within 30 days of delivery.
2. The item is unopened and in its original packaging.
3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not charge a restocking fee on eligible returns. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Opened, used, or damaged (through customer handling) products are not eligible for return unless required by applicable law. To initiate a return, contact us at contact@dtfhospital.ca with your order number.

7. Order Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues. If we cancel an order after payment has been made, you will receive a full refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of DTF Hospital Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the Site without our prior written consent.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

1. Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
2. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or related networks.
3. Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site.
4. Use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Site without our permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Products are sold "as is." Except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by applicable Canadian consumer protection law, we make no other warranties, express or implied, regarding the products sold, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Nothing in this section limits any warranty or protection you are entitled to under applicable consumer protection legislation in your province of residence.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DTF Hospital Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim arising from your order shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

This limitation does not apply where prohibited by applicable law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DTF Hospital Inc., its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent changes. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
